योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-7, verse-15

न च ते राममासाद्य स्थातुं शक्ता निशाचराः ।
क्रुद्धं केसरिणं दृष्ट्वा वनेरण इवैणकाः ॥ १५ ॥
na ca te rāmamāsādya sthātuṃ śaktā niśācarāḥ ,
kruddhaṃ kesariṇaṃ dṛṣṭvā vaneraṇa ivaiṇakāḥ 15
15. na ca te rāmam āsādya sthātum śaktāḥ niśācarāḥ
kruddham kesariṇam dṛṣṭvā vane araṇe iva eṇakāḥ
15. And those night-roaming rākṣasas (demons) will not be able to stand their ground upon encountering Rama, just as deer in a barren forest cannot stand their ground upon seeing an enraged lion.
