कार्यमण्वपि काले तु कृतमेत्युपकारताम् ।
महदप्युपकारोऽपि रिक्ततामेत्यकालतः ॥ २६ ॥

mahat api upakāraḥ api riktatām eti akālataḥ

26. Indeed, even a small task (kārya) performed at the right time becomes beneficial. But even a great assistance (upakāra), if rendered at the wrong time, becomes useless.
