यो विधाता च धाता च सुकृते दुष्कृते यथा ।
त्रैलोक्यं विजितं येन तं कथं नु विजेष्यति ॥२४॥

24. He who is both the ordainer and the sustainer, concerning both good and bad deeds; by whom the three worlds were indeed conquered, how then will he conquer him?
