वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-19, verse-9

अथ पूर्वं श्रुतार्थेन सज्जितं सुमहद्धि यत् ।
निष्क्रामत्तन्नरेन्द्रस्य बलं रक्षोवधोद्यतम् ॥९॥
9. atha pūrvaṃ śrutārthena sajjitaṃ sumahaddhi yat ,
niṣkrāmattannarendrasya balaṃ rakṣovadhodyatam.

9. Then, the king's very great army, which had been prepared in anticipation of the previously heard intention, and was ready for the destruction of the `rākṣasa`s, marched forth.
