वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-70, verse-23

कृत्स्नं वनमिदं दृष्टं श्रोतव्यं च श्रुतं त्वया ।
तदिच्छाम्यभ्यनुज्ञाता त्यक्तुमेतत् कलेवरम् ॥२३॥
23. kṛtsnaṃ vanamidaṃ dṛṣṭaṃ śrotavyaṃ ca śrutaṃ tvayā ,
tadicchāmyabhyanujñātā tyaktumetat kalevaram.
23. kṛtsnam vanam idam dṛṣṭam śrotavyam ca śrutam tvayā
| tat icchāmi abhyanuñātā tyaktum etat kalevaram
23. idam kṛtsnam vanam dṛṣṭam,
śrotavyam ca tvayā śrutam.
tat abhyanuñātā (aham) etat kalevaram tyaktum icchāmi.
23. This entire forest has been seen, and all that was to be heard has been heard by me. Therefore, having received your permission, I wish to abandon this body.
