वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-80, verse-9

एवमस्माभिरुक्तेन लक्ष्मणेन महात्मना ।
अनुनीता वयं सर्वे धर्ममेवानुपश्यता ॥९॥
9. evamasmābhiruktena lakṣmaṇena mahātmanā ,
anunītā vayaṃ sarve dharmamevānupaśyatā.
9. evam asmābhiḥ uktena lakṣmaṇena mahātmanā |
anunītā vayam sarve dharmam eva anupaśyatā
9. evam asmābhiḥ uktena mahātmanā lakṣmaṇena
dharmam eva anupaśyatā vayam sarve anunītā
9. Having been addressed by us in this manner, Lakshmana, the great-souled one (mahātman), who always observed natural law (dharma), then appeased all of us.
