वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-13, verse-15

इति तेषु ब्रुवाणेषु सार्वभौमान्महीपतीन् ।
अब्रवीत्तानिदं सर्वान् सुमन्त्रो राजसत्कृतः ॥१५॥
15. iti teṣu bruvāṇeṣu sārvabhaumānmahīpatīn ,
abravīttānidaṃ sarvān sumantro rājasatkṛtaḥ.

15. As those universal sovereigns (mahīpati) were speaking thus, Sumantra, who was honored by the king, said this to all of them.
