बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-84, verse-20

इमाः संख्याः सहस्रघ्ना जपसंख्याः प्रकीर्तिताः ।
क्रमादर्कादिखेटानां प्रीत्यर्थं द्विजपुङ्गव ॥२०॥

kramāt arka-ādi-kheṭānām prīty-artham dvijapuṅgava
20. O best among the twice-born (dvija), these numbers, when multiplied by a thousand, are declared as the recitation (japa) counts, in order, for the gratification of the Sun and other planets.
