बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-84, verse-2

ग्रहा सूर्यादयः पूर्वं मया प्रोक्ता द्विजोत्तम ।
जगत्यां सर्वजन्तूनां तदधीनं सुखाऽसुखम् ॥२॥
2. grahā sūryādayaḥ pūrvaṃ mayā proktā dvijottama .
jagatyāṃ sarvajantūnāṃ tadadhīnaṃ sukhā'sukham.

jagatyām sarvajantūnām tadadhīnam sukham asukham
2. O best among the twice-born (dvijottama), I have previously described the planets, beginning with the Sun (Sūrya). In this world, the happiness and misery of all living beings are dependent on them.
