पारावतांशकेऽप्येवं जाता मन्वादयस्तथा ।

Even in the Pārāvata division (aṃśaka), the Manus and others are born thus. Moreover, all the incarnations (avatāra) of Vishnu are born in the divine realm (devaloka).
