बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-41, verse-16

धनदौ धर्मधीनाथौ ये वा ताभ्यां युता ग्रहाः ।
तेऽपि स्वस्वदशाकाले धनदा नाऽत्र संशयः ॥१६॥
16. dhanadau dharmadhīnāthau ye vā tābhyāṃ yutā grahāḥ .
te'pi svasvadaśākāle dhanadā nā'tra saṃśayaḥ.
16. dhanadau dharmadhīnāthau ye vā tābhyām yutāḥ grahāḥ
te api svasvadaśākāle dhanadāḥ na atra saṃśayaḥ
16. The lords of the second house (representing wealth) and the ninth house (representing fortune or natural law (dharma)), or any planets conjoined with these two, certainly bestow wealth during their own planetary periods (daśā kāla). There is no doubt about this.
