बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-41, verse-23

धर्मेशे पारिजातस्थे तीर्थकृत्त्वत्र जन्मनि ।
पूर्वजन्मन्यपि ज्ञेयस्तीर्थकृच्चोत्तमांशके ॥२३॥
23. dharmeśe pārijātasthe tīrthakṛttvatra janmani .
pūrvajanmanyapi jñeyastīrthakṛccottamāṃśake.
23. dharmeśe pārijātasthe tīrthakṛt tu atra janmani
pūrvajanmani api jñeyaḥ tīrthakṛt ca uttamāṃśake
23. When the lord of the ninth house (dharma) is situated in the Pārijāta division, the native becomes a pilgrim (tīrthakṛt) in this birth. It should also be understood that such a person was a pilgrim (tīrthakṛt) in a previous birth if they are also in the Uttamāṃśa (best division).
