मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-59, verse-18

अतः परं कुरून् वक्ष्ये निबोधेह ममोत्तरान् ।
तत्र वृक्षा मधुफला नित्यपुष्पफलोपगाः ॥१८॥
18. ataḥ paraṃ kurūn vakṣye nibodheha mamottarān .
tatra vṛkṣā madhuphalā nityapuṣpaphalopagāḥ.
18. ataḥ param kurūn vakṣye nibodha iha mama uttarān
tatra vṛkṣāḥ madhuphalāḥ nityapuṣpaphalopagāḥ
18. Hereafter, I shall describe the (lands of) Kurus; listen to my account of these northern regions. There, the trees bear sweet fruits and are perpetually adorned with flowers and fruits.
