महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-96, verse-14

भवनं पश्य वारुण्या यदेतत्सर्वकाञ्चनम् ।
यां प्राप्य सुरतां प्राप्ताः सुराः सुरपतेः सखे ॥१४॥
14. bhavanaṁ paśya vāruṇyā yadetatsarvakāñcanam ,
yāṁ prāpya suratāṁ prāptāḥ surāḥ surapateḥ sakhe.
14. bhavanam paśya vāruṇyā yat etat sarvakāñcanam
yām prāpya suratām prāptāḥ surāḥ surapateḥ sakhe
14. O friend, behold this entirely golden palace (bhavanam) belonging to Varuṇī. It is by attaining which [splendor] that the gods (surāḥ) achieved their divine status, [bestowed] by the lord of gods (surapateḥ).
