Even that bow of his (Gautama's) was broken by Arjuna (Kaunteya) with bent-jointed arrows. In this way, Arjuna (Pāṇḍava), the destroyer of hostile heroes (paravīrahā), like an expert (kṛtahastavat), broke many other bows of Śāradvata (Kripa).
