महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-59, verse-22

गत्वा गत्वा नलो राजा पुनरेति सभां मुहुः ।
आकृष्यमाणः कलिना सौहृदेनापकृष्यते ॥२२॥
22. gatvā gatvā nalo rājā punareti sabhāṁ muhuḥ ,
ākṛṣyamāṇaḥ kalinā sauhṛdenāpakṛṣyate.

muhuḥ ākṛṣyamāṇaḥ kalinā sauhṛdena apakṛṣyate
22. King Nala repeatedly goes and then returns to the assembly hall again and again. While being dragged by Kali (kali), he is simultaneously pulled away by his affection (sauhṛdena).
