महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-220, verse-13

एवमस्त्विति चाप्युक्त्वा महासेनो महेश्वरम् ।
अपूजयदमेयात्मा पितरं पितृवत्सलः ॥१३॥
13. evamastviti cāpyuktvā mahāseno maheśvaram ,
apūjayadameyātmā pitaraṁ pitṛvatsalaḥ.
13. evam astu iti ca api uktvā mahāsenaḥ maheśvaram
apūjayat ameyātmā pitaram pitṛvatsalaḥ
13. And, having said, "So be it," Mahāsena, whose nature (ātman) is immeasurable and who is devoted to his father, worshipped his father Maheśvara.
