महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-152, verse-4

राक्षसा ऊचुः ।
आक्रीडोऽयं कुबेरस्य दयितः पुरुषर्षभ ।
नेह शक्यं मनुष्येण विहर्तुं मर्त्यधर्मिणा ॥४॥
4. rākṣasā ūcuḥ ,
ākrīḍo'yaṁ kuberasya dayitaḥ puruṣarṣabha ,
neha śakyaṁ manuṣyeṇa vihartuṁ martyadharmiṇā.
4. rākṣasāḥ ūcuḥ ākīḍaḥ ayam kuberasya dayitaḥ puruṣarṣabha
na iha śakyam manuṣyeṇa vihartum martyadharmiṇā
4. The Rākṣasas said: "This is Kubera's beloved pleasure-garden, O best of men (puruṣa). It is not possible for a mortal human, whose very nature (dharma) is mortality, to sport here."
