महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-144, verse-16

ते समाश्वासयामासुराशीर्भिश्चाप्यपूजयन् ।
रक्षोघ्नांश्च तथा मन्त्राञ्जेपुश्चक्रुश्च ते क्रियाः ॥१६॥
16. te samāśvāsayāmāsurāśīrbhiścāpyapūjayan ,
rakṣoghnāṁśca tathā mantrāñjepuścakruśca te kriyāḥ.

rakṣoghnān ca tathā mantrān jepuḥ cakruḥ ca te kriyāḥ
