महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-114, verse-26

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
ततः कृतस्वस्त्ययनो महात्मा युधिष्ठिरः सागरगामगच्छत् ।
कृत्वा च तच्छासनमस्य सर्वं महेन्द्रमासाद्य निशामुवास ॥२६॥
26. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
tataḥ kṛtasvastyayano mahātmā; yudhiṣṭhiraḥ sāgaragāmagacchat ,
kṛtvā ca tacchāsanamasya sarvaṁ; mahendramāsādya niśāmuvāsa.

mahātmā yudhiṣṭhiraḥ sāgaragām

26. Vaiśampāyana said: Then, after the auspicious rite (svastyayana) was performed, the great-souled Yudhiṣṭhira proceeded to the ocean-bound river (Gaṅgā). Having completely fulfilled the sage's instructions, he reached Mount Mahendra and spent the night there.
