महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-114, verse-13

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
ततो वैतरणीं सर्वे पाण्डवा द्रौपदी तथा ।
अवतीर्य महाभागा तर्पयां चक्रिरे पितॄन् ॥१३॥
13. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
tato vaitaraṇīṁ sarve pāṇḍavā draupadī tathā ,
avatīrya mahābhāgā tarpayāṁ cakrire pitṝn.

13. Vaiśampayana said: Then, all the highly esteemed Pāṇḍavas and Draupadī, having descended into the Vaitaraṇī river, offered oblations to their forefathers.
