गच्छन्ति पूर्वादपरं समुद्रं चापि दक्षिणम् ।
उत्तरं तु न गच्छन्ति विना तात पतत्रिभिः ॥१६॥

16. gacchanti pūrvādaparaṁ samudraṁ cāpi dakṣiṇam ,
uttaraṁ tu na gacchanti vinā tāta patatribhiḥ.

16. They travel from the eastern (ocean) to the western ocean, and also to the southern (ocean). But, dear father, they do not go to the northern (ocean) without birds.
