महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-5, verse-24

समाश्वसिहि देवेश नाहं मर्त्याय कर्हिचित् ।
ग्रहीष्यामि स्रुवं यज्ञे शृणु चेदं वचो मम ॥२४॥
24. samāśvasihi deveśa nāhaṁ martyāya karhicit ,
grahīṣyāmi sruvaṁ yajñe śṛṇu cedaṁ vaco mama.

grahīṣyāmi sruvam yajñe śṛṇu ca idam vacaḥ mama
24. Be at ease, O Lord of gods. I will never, at any time, take the sacrificial ladle for a mortal in a Vedic ritual (yajña). And listen to these words of mine.
