महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-99, verse-5

अथ वा मित्रसदनं मैत्रं मित्रविवर्धनम् ।
कीर्तिसंजननं श्रेष्ठं तडागानां निवेशनम् ॥५॥
5. atha vā mitrasadanaṁ maitraṁ mitravivardhanam ,
kīrtisaṁjananaṁ śreṣṭhaṁ taḍāgānāṁ niveśanam.
