महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-99, verse-25

लभते नाम लोके च पितृभिश्च महीयते ।
देवलोकगतस्यापि नाम तस्य न नश्यति ॥२५॥
25. labhate nāma loke ca pitṛbhiśca mahīyate ,
devalokagatasyāpi nāma tasya na naśyati.

devalokagatasya api nāma tasya na naśyati
25. (saḥ) loke nāma ca labhate,
pitṛbhiḥ ca mahīyate devalokagatasya api tasya nāma na naśyati
25. One obtains fame in this world and is honored by the ancestors (pitṛs). Even for one who has ascended to the divine realm, their name does not perish.
