महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-50, verse-9

अन्तर्जले स सुष्वाप काष्ठभूतो महामुनिः ।
ततश्चोर्ध्वस्थितो धीमानभवद्भरतर्षभ ॥९॥
9. antarjale sa suṣvāpa kāṣṭhabhūto mahāmuniḥ ,
tataścordhvasthito dhīmānabhavadbharatarṣabha.

9. O best of Bharatas, that great sage (muni) slept underwater, remaining motionless like a log of wood. Then, the wise one rose and stood upright.
