महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-140, verse-18

अदूरात्तु ततस्तेषां ब्रह्मदत्तवरं सरः ।
हता हता वै ते तत्र जीवन्त्याप्लुत्य दानवाः ॥१८॥
18. adūrāttu tatasteṣāṁ brahmadattavaraṁ saraḥ ,
hatā hatā vai te tatra jīvantyāplutya dānavāḥ.

18. Not far from them was a lake, endowed with a boon by Brahmā. There, the demons, even when repeatedly killed, would revive by plunging into it.
