महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-113, verse-9

अन्नमेव प्रशंसन्ति देवर्षिपितृमानवाः ।
अन्नस्य हि प्रदानेन स्वर्गमाप्नोति कौशिकः ॥९॥
9. annameva praśaṁsanti devarṣipitṛmānavāḥ ,
annasya hi pradānena svargamāpnoti kauśikaḥ.
