महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-113, verse-20

अन्नमूर्जस्करं लोके दत्त्वोर्जस्वी भवेन्नरः ।
सतां पन्थानमाश्रित्य सर्वपापात्प्रमुच्यते ॥२०॥
20. annamūrjaskaraṁ loke dattvorjasvī bhavennaraḥ ,
satāṁ panthānamāśritya sarvapāpātpramucyate.

20. A person who gives food, which is a source of vigor in the world, becomes vigorous. By taking refuge in the path of the virtuous, he is completely freed from all sin.
