महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-89, verse-16

सर्वे तथा न जीवेयुर्न कुर्युः कर्म चेदिह ।
सर्व एव त्रयो लोका न भवेयुरसंशयम् ॥१६॥
16. sarve tathā na jīveyurna kuryuḥ karma cediha ,
sarva eva trayo lokā na bhaveyurasaṁśayam.

16. If everyone in this world does not live accordingly and does not perform action (karma), then all three worlds would undoubtedly cease to exist.
