महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-89, verse-14

नियम्याः सर्व एवैते ये राष्ट्रस्योपघातकाः ।
एते राष्ट्रे हि तिष्ठन्तो बाधन्ते भद्रिकाः प्रजाः ॥१४॥
14. niyamyāḥ sarva evaite ye rāṣṭrasyopaghātakāḥ ,
ete rāṣṭre hi tiṣṭhanto bādhante bhadrikāḥ prajāḥ.
