महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-228, verse-7

तरत्येव महादुर्गं जरामरणसागरम् ।
एवं ह्येतेन योगेन युञ्जानोऽप्येकमन्ततः ।
अपि जिज्ञासमानो हि शब्दब्रह्मातिवर्तते ॥७॥
7. taratyeva mahādurgaṁ jarāmaraṇasāgaram ,
evaṁ hyetena yogena yuñjāno'pyekamantataḥ ,
api jijñāsamāno hi śabdabrahmātivartate.

7. One certainly overcomes the great ocean of old age and death. Indeed, by engaging in this practice (yoga), even if only for a short while, and even if merely desiring to know, one truly transcends the sonic manifestation of the absolute (brahman).
