महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-216, verse-2

भीष्म उवाच ।
अत्राप्युदाहरन्तीममितिहासं पुरातनम् ।
वासवस्य च संवादं बलेर्वैरोचनस्य च ॥२॥
2. bhīṣma uvāca ,
atrāpyudāharantīmamitihāsaṁ purātanam ,
vāsavasya ca saṁvādaṁ balervairocanasya ca.

purātanam vāsavasya ca saṃvādam baleḥ vairocanasya ca

2. Bhishma said: "Regarding this, they also narrate an ancient story (itihāsa) – the dialogue between Vasava (Indra) and Bali, the son of Virochana."
