महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-17, verse-8

इत्येवमब्रुवं पूर्वं नैनं शोचामि वै प्रभो ।
धृतराष्ट्रं तु शोचामि कृपणं हतबान्धवम् ॥८॥
8. ityevamabruvaṁ pūrvaṁ nainaṁ śocāmi vai prabho ,
dhṛtarāṣṭraṁ tu śocāmi kṛpaṇaṁ hatabāndhavam.
8. iti evam abruvam pūrvam na enam śocāmi vai prabho
dhṛtarāṣṭram tu śocāmi kṛpaṇam hatabāndhavam
8. prabho pūrvam iti evam abruvam enam vai na śocāmi
tu kṛpaṇam hatabāndhavam dhṛtarāṣṭram śocāmi
8. Thus I spoke before. Indeed, O lord, I do not grieve for him, but I do grieve for Dhritarashtra, the wretched man whose kinsmen have been slain.
