महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-80, verse-12

अभिषेक्तुकामं नृपतिं पूरुं पुत्रं कनीयसम् ।
ब्राह्मणप्रमुखा वर्णा इदं वचनमब्रुवन् ॥१२॥
12. abhiṣektukāmaṁ nṛpatiṁ pūruṁ putraṁ kanīyasam ,
brāhmaṇapramukhā varṇā idaṁ vacanamabruvan.

brāhmaṇapramukhāḥ varṇāḥ idam vacanam abruvan
