महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-17, verse-20

ततोऽम्बराच्चिन्तितमात्रमागतं महाप्रभं चक्रममित्रतापनम् ।
विभावसोस्तुल्यमकुण्ठमण्डलं सुदर्शनं भीममजय्यमुत्तमम् ॥२०॥
20. tato'mbarāccintitamātramāgataṁ; mahāprabhaṁ cakramamitratāpanam ,
vibhāvasostulyamakuṇṭhamaṇḍalaṁ; sudarśanaṁ bhīmamajayyamuttamam.
20. tataḥ ambarāt cintitamātram āgatam
mahāprabham cakram amitrātāpanam
vibhāvasoḥ tulyam akuṇṭhamaṇḍalam
sudarśanam bhīmam ajayyam uttamam
20. Then, merely by his thought, the discus of immense splendor, scorching to enemies, comparable to the sun, with an unblunted rim, terrible, unconquerable, and supreme, named Sudarshana, came from the sky.
