महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-17, verse-13

छिन्नानि पट्टिशैश्चापि शिरांसि युधि दारुणे ।
तप्तकाञ्चनजालानि निपेतुरनिशं तदा ॥१३॥
13. chinnāni paṭṭiśaiścāpi śirāṁsi yudhi dāruṇe ,
taptakāñcanajālāni nipeturaniśaṁ tadā.

dāruṇe taptakāñcanajālāni nipetuḥ aniśam tadā
13. Then, in that dreadful battle, severed heads, appearing like networks of molten gold, also fell ceaselessly, cut down by broadswords.
