सुहृत्केलिविलासेषु शुभोद्यानाशनादिषु ।
शास्त्रतर्कविचारेषु न तथा स्थीयते चिरम् ॥ ७ ॥

7. One does not remain long in the pleasures and sports with friends, nor in auspicious gardens, meals, and similar activities, nor in deliberations on scriptures (śāstra) and logic.
