निःसंकल्पप्रवाहेण चक्रं प्रस्पन्दते यथा ।

9. Just as a wheel moves due to a current of non-(saṅkalpa) mental fabrication, so also, O faultless one, in the movements of its own (karma) actions, it moves by the power of previous (saṃskāra) impressions.
