योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-86, verse-5

तत्समासेन तां तावदात्मोत्पत्तिं वदाशु मे ।
ततः श्रोष्यामि यत्नेन ज्ञानगर्भां गिरं तव ॥ ५ ॥
