तत्र स्नात्वा जपं कृत्वा पूजयित्वा दिवाकरम् ।

Just as a young elephant (kalabhaka) might appear in a forest after playing in muddy ponds, so too, after bathing there, performing silent recitation (japa), and worshipping the sun, he shone forth again as before, with his body graced by his mind.
