25.
Having known the cessation of mental fluctuations (vaicitryuparate) and while still engaged in worldly activities (vyavaharann api), one who maintains equanimity (sāmyam) in the waking, dream, and deep sleep states (jāgrat-svapna-suṣupteṣu) is considered enlightened (saṃbuddhaḥ) and possessing the fourth state (turya-vān).
