योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-30, verse-23

स्तब्धा इव स्थिताः केचित्केशोण्ड्रकमिवाम्बरे ।
वायोः स्पन्दा इवाभान्ति तथा प्रोदितसंविदः ॥ २३ ॥

stabdhā iva sthitāḥ kecitkeśoṇḍrakamivāmbare ,
vāyoḥ spandā ivābhānti tathā proditasaṃvidaḥ 23

23. kecit proditasaṃvidaḥ stabdhāḥ iva sthitāḥ tathā

23. Some, whose consciousness (saṃvid) has awakened, remain as if motionless, like a tangled mass of hair (keśoṇḍraka) in the sky, or they appear like vibrations of the wind.
