आकल्पं निपतन्त्येव केचिदप्राप्तभूमयः ।
यावद्विशीर्य जायन्ते तथा संविन्मयाः किल ॥ २२ ॥

Some beings, who have not yet attained a stable plane of existence (bhūmi), continue to fall until they disintegrate; then, it is said, they become composed of pure consciousness (saṃvid).
