वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-41, verse-10

नन्दनं हि यथेन्द्रस्य ब्राह्मं चैत्ररथं यथा ।
तथारूपं हि रामस्य काननं तन्निवेशितम् ॥१०॥
10. nandanaṃ hi yathendrasya brāhmaṃ caitrarathaṃ yathā ,
tathārūpaṃ hi rāmasya kānanaṃ tanniveśitam.
10. nandanam hi yathā indrasya brāhmam caitraratham
yathā tathārūpam hi rāmasya kānanam tat niveśitam
10. tat rāmasya kānanam hi yathā indrasya nandanam,
yathā ca brāhmam caitraratham,
tathārūpam hi niveśitam
10. Indeed, that garden established for Rāma was of such a form, just like Indra's Nandana garden, or like the Caitraratha (garden) of Kubera.
