वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-39, verse-20

ततो ऽस्य हारं चन्द्राभं मुच्य कण्ठात् स राघवः ।
वैदूर्यतरलं स्नेहादाबबन्धे हनूमति ॥२०॥
20. tato'sya hāraṃ candrābhaṃ mucya kaṇṭhāt sa rāghavaḥ ,
vaidūryataralaṃ snehādābabandhe hanūmati.
20. tataḥ asya hāram candrābham mucya kaṇṭhāt saḥ
rāghavaḥ vaidūryataralam snehāt ābabandhe hanūmati
20. tataḥ saḥ rāghavaḥ snehāt asya kaṇṭhāt mucya

20. Then, out of affection, that descendant of Raghu (Rāghava) removed the moon-like necklace, which had a sapphire pendant, from his own neck and fastened it onto Hanumān.
