वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-12, verse-27

जातमात्रेण हि पुरा तेन राक्षससूनुना ।
रुदता सुमहान्मुक्तो नादो जलधरोपमः ॥२७॥
27. jātamātreṇa hi purā tena rākṣasasūnunā ,
rudatā sumahānmukto nādo jaladharopamaḥ.

27. Indeed, in the past, immediately upon his birth, that son of a demon (rākṣasa) let out a tremendous, cloud-like roar while crying.
