वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-94, verse-11

धर्षणामर्षितो रामो धैर्यं रोषेण लङ्घयन् ।
जग्राह सुमहावेगमैन्द्रं युधि शरासनम् ।
शरांश्च सुमहातेजाः सूर्यरश्मिसमप्रभान् ॥११॥
11. dharṣaṇāmarṣito rāmo dhairyaṃ roṣeṇa laṅghayan ,
jagrāha sumahāvegamaindraṃ yudhi śarāsanam ,
śarāṃśca sumahātejāḥ sūryaraśmisamaprabhān.

11. Enraged by the assault, Rāma, overcoming his steadfastness (dhairyam) with anger, he of great splendor (sumahātejāḥ), seized Indra's very powerful bow (śarāsanam) in battle, along with arrows that shone like sunbeams.
