ततः प्रहृष्टो हनुमान् कृत्यवानिति तद्वचः ।
श्रुत्वा मधुरसंभाषं सुग्रीवं मनसा गतः ॥१॥

Thereupon, overjoyed Hanumān, having heard those words and [deeming them] 'efficacious', mentally approached Sugrīva, [the one] of sweet speech.
