वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-2, verse-17

बुद्धिविज्ञानसंपन्न इङ्गितैः सर्वमाचर ।
न ह्यबुद्धिं गतो राजा सर्वभूतानि शास्ति हि ॥१७॥
17. buddhivijñānasaṃpanna iṅgitaiḥ sarvamācara ,
na hyabuddhiṃ gato rājā sarvabhūtāni śāsti hi.
